Focused on fitness equipment control
treadcore develops and manufactures control technology for home and commercial fitness equipment. Our scope spans displays and consoles, treadmill motor control, servo control, EMS and self-generating systems, stair-climber control and matched power solutions.
We begin with the machine, not an isolated component
Every equipment platform has its own motion, interface, communication and safety requirements. We work with fitness brands and OEM/ODM manufacturers to review the equipment architecture before recommending an existing product or defining a custom development path.
One connected engineering path
Hardware design, firmware and algorithm development, display interaction, motor matching and system integration are considered together. This connected approach helps product teams move from requirement review to prototype and equipment-level validation with fewer disconnected decisions.
Development connected to manufacturing
Engineering intent must remain clear when a product enters production. Our work therefore connects R&D with assembly, testing, process control and manufacturing support, creating a practical route from concept through pilot production and repeatable delivery.
